What's up with that cat? | The Ohio Neck & Back Pain Relief Centers | Chiropractor, Marion, Ohio 740-386-6580

I know you’ve seen that cat before. The one with the big-old hump in its back. The cat that is stretching like its trying to reach the ceiling with the top point of its arched back. What in the world is that cat doing?

That may look like something we shouldn’t do…but it is really a great stretch if you are having tightness in your low back or in your mid back (between your shoulder blades). Maybe the cat just had a tight back from sleeping crooked…sound familiar?

There is a proper way to do this stretch if you feel a little tight…and a proper amount of times to do it.  If you want to see how to stretch to help with your back tightness…right in the comfort of your own home, click HERE.

We’ve got your back,

Dr Scot Gray, Dr David Tharp and Staff

PS: The stretch is appropriately called “the cat-horse” or the “cat-camel.” They thought long and hard on naming that one!
