Have you ever looked back on your life and regretted not going for it? Did you ever wait so long to do something or just not do it to its fullest and say to yourself later…”why didn’t I do that, or why didn’t I go for it…what did I have to lose?”

It reminds me of when I first started playing guitar. I was sure that I would be in a rock and roll band when I grew up…that I would be a rock star. I only held that belief for a short time though…you ask why did you give up on your dream? As I look back on it now it was for one reason that I didn’t think I could do it and I didn’t go for it…it was because of what other people told me.
I had friends that said…only one in a million people will get a chance to be a rock star…only the lucky ones make it. It would be a waste of your time. The sad thing is, I took their advice. I stopped dreaming, I stopped giving it my all. I stopped taking my guitar with me everywhere…I didn’t want to go for it anymore.
Have you ever had dreams that you wanted to go for but other people told you don’t go for it…or that you can’t do it?
My advice is don’t listen to them. I say, GO ALL OR NOTHING TODAY for your dreams!! Don’t let anything stop you! Even the people that are telling you that you can’t do it. If you can believe it, you can achieve it. Go for it!!
I’ve heard this a lot in my office too. I’ve heard patients say that they never tried chiropractic because their doctor, their friend, or their spouse didn’t “believe in it.” Well, I’ll tell you that chiropractic is not a religion…so the cool thing is you don’t have to believe in it…it just works!!
